Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use any Unchartd product or service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any destructive code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
  • Engage in automated scraping, data mining, or API abuse beyond documented rate limits.
  • Generate fraudulent receipts, invoices, or financial documents (GigReceipt).
  • Input false or misleading medical information (Labuno).
  • Use AI-generated outputs to deceive, defraud, or mislead third parties.
  • Circumvent any security features, access controls, or usage limits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to any Unchartd service without written permission.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
