Refund & Cancellation Policy

Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions across Unchartd products automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for the applicable plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period expires.

Refunds

  • App Store / Google Play: Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's refund policies. Refund requests must be directed to the platform.
  • Direct Purchases: We may offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used. Contact support@unchartd.online with your request.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
