By creating an account or using Unchartd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Unchartd is an anti-recommendation engine that delivers one discovery per week based on your taste profile. The service is provided 'as is' without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of recommendations, or availability of linked content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during signup. You may not create multiple accounts or use the service for any automated or commercial purpose.
You agree not to: abuse the rating system, attempt to reverse-engineer the recommendation algorithm, use the platform to harass others, or submit false flag reports. Violation may result in account suspension.
You own your personal data. Unchartd owns the platform, the Crossing Graph, and the recommendation engine. Anonymous, aggregated rating data contributed to the Crossing Graph becomes part of the platform's shared intelligence. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Free plan provides one discovery per week at no cost, indefinitely. Paid plans (when available) will be clearly communicated with pricing before any charge. You may cancel at any time.
Unchartd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which for Free plan users is $0).
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
